WHEN WE SHIP ORDERS
DPD: Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after that time, or on weekends or holidays, are shipped the next working day.

We aim to meet these delivery times, but deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods like Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, etc.
Occasionally, force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect these delivery services for a limited time, resulting in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery times. However, we will always work hard to minimise these temporary changes.
We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels resulting from specific delivery instructions left with the carrier.

REDELIVER
If we have to re-deliver the parcel due to the customer's fault, e.g., incorrect address, invalid/missing eircode, incorrect contact number, or no one present at the address to sign for the parcel, there will be a charge of €5 to cover our freight, shipping, and handling costs.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The availability of each item is displayed. If we are unable to dispatch your order because the product is out of stock, we will contact you first to see whether you would like another flavour or a replacement. Alternatively, we will ship only available products and issue a refund for out-of-stock items.
